Join us for a fun interactive cooking evening at Lairds Lodge Country Estate, brought to you by Chef Tjaart (South African Bake – Off) Judge & WEBER SA, brand ambassador. From grilling and roasting to baking and smoking, you’ll be amazed at what you can cook using these simple techniques.
Throughout the class, you will be shown how to get the most out of your braai, to prepare anything from roasts to sous vide chicken, the ultimate pork crackling to puddings! In-depth tuition in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, will inspire you with the confidence and enthusiasm to really expand your WEBER experience.
Using Weber’s lid-on technique on both charcoal and gas barbecues, Chef Tjaart will spend two and a half hours teaching you the best way to cook a number of all time braai classics.
In essence you will enjoy a 3 course dinner which will include selected drinks.
