Tariff

• Per Person Per Night Sharing – (Bed and Breakfast basis)
• Includes 15% Vat
• Single Supplement + 50%
• Children Welcome
• Special Whale Season Rates (20 April – 30 September )

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation within 30 days of date of arrival = 50% of reservation total
• Cancellation within 15 days of date of arrival = 75% of reservation total
• Cancellation within 7 days of date of arrival = 100% of reservation total
• No shows or departures prior to scheduled date will incur 100% of the reservation total.
• Refunds and waivers. At the sole discretion of management

December / January Reservations (Peak Season)

• A minimum stay of 2 nights – from 23rd December to 5th January both dates inclusive.
• Single pays full double room tariff – from 23rd December to 5th January, both dates inclusive.
• No check-ins or check-outs will be accepted on Christmas or New Years Day.
• 30% non refundable deposit may be required for bookings over Christmas & New Year.
